Developmental Pathways Inc. (DPI) is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our growing team! We are a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Implement and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process for all hires including therapists, administrative staff, and clinical professionals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for our Behavior Technician roles as well as certificated and administrative staff.
- Utilize the best and latest advancements in tech to design and carry-out improvements to DPI's recruitment process based on your knowledge and experience in effective recruiting methods.
- Source candidates for key hires and market all jobs using the most modern strategic digital media methods.
- Collaborate with department managers on key hires and their job descriptions.
- Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Align all hiring practices with business objectives by developing and meeting key recruiting metrics.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for certificated and administrative staff through our full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews, prepare interview questions, and oversee interview logistics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and strong experience facilitating mass hiring required.
- At least five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
- SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
- Work experience in an ABA company is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
- Proactive and independent with a strong initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with reporting within applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 and up
Expected hours: Full-Time Exempt
Location: Office (San Fernando Valley)
