**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a legal setting, managing the front desk and assisting clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Support attorneys with document preparation, including estate planning, real estate and estate administration
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with legal case management tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory
**Experience:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Prior experience required
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to assist with real estate contract drafting and review
- Proficiency in proofreading legal documents for accuracy
- Ability draft legal documents
- Prior experience is a plus
