1. Mobile Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Mobile, across the portland metro
- Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Requirements:
- 5+ consecutive years' experience in residential/property maintenance.
- Must have experience in appliance repair
- Proficiency in drywall repair, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs.
- On-call duty required one week every six weeks.
- A vehicle is required and may be provided after 90 days
- Preference for experience with standard residential appliances.
2. Onsite Maintenance Technician at an HOA Community (1 position available)
- Location: Downtown Portland
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $28-30 per hour
- Job duties:
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and address minor repairs promptly.
- Manage community facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
- Oversee safety and security measures, conducting regular inspections and reporting concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and collaborate with management to address community concerns.
3. Onsite Residential Maintenance Technician
- Location: Downtown Portland
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $28.00 - 30 per hour
- Job duties:
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist with turnover and occupancy scheduling, diagnosing issues, and repairing faulty components.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and landscaping tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure property compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, respond to emergencies, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor
- After-hours service may be required depending on the position
