As we continue to grow and shape the market, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, ABM & Program to propel our brand to the forefront of the industry.
Position Overview
As the Senior Manager, ABM & Program you will be integral to the Brand and Demand Generation team, reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation. You will create, develop and scale our global ABM program while planning, organizing, and implementing targeted, end-to-end campaigns for key accounts and new logos.
Key Responsibilities

ABM Strategy Development & Execution:

Work with sales and strategy leadership to identify top target accounts and objectives that drive growth and enable customer success.

Develop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns and programs for key accounts, collaborating closely with sales, strategy, and product marketing teams.

Oversee the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, and social media strategies for all ABM campaigns.

Track program results, measure success and report metrics to stakeholders across the business.

Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across strategic accounts as Alvaria’s product suite grows.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance and key metrics to refine strategy.

Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Build strong relationships across brand, content, design, product, and sales departments.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring all campaigns are strategic and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
-
3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in field marketing, or demand generation.

2+ years of experience with ABM (both strategy and execution) or highly targeted intent-based marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticals.

Experience with Hubspot (or comparable marketing automation platform)

Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution.

Experience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programs.
