Rath Mitsubishi in Springdale, AR, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing sales team.
Sales Professionals will guide customers through an established and proven sales process, investigating customer needs and wants to make the best possible vehicle selection, building deal folders and verifying customer information, closing business and delivering new and pre-owned vehicles. Other responsibilities include taking incoming sales calls, completing outgoing calls in response to customer inquiries, and working as a team to maintain vehicle merchandising.
Both prospective and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals are invited to apply. While some form of sales experience is preferred, automotive specific experience is not a requirement. All new hires will receive necessary training, varying depending on experience level. First-time automotive professionals may qualify for an entry-level hourly pay scale during training before moving on to our volume-based Performer pay plan.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using effective communication skills and product knowledge to investigate customer wants and needs, present the benefits of selected vehicles, and close business.
- Ongoing training on the job, including Mitsubishi Sales Certification and required continuing education.
- Gathering and verifying pertinent information from the customer and inputting data into our system.
- Contacting internet and phone leads to set appointments (training provided); other general phone answering and transferring of calls.
- Assisting in lot management, including keeping cars parked, clean, and fueled.
