- Cares for babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers
- Records a patient’s medical history, symptoms, and vital signs
- Updates patient charts and electronic health records
- Performs medical tasks, including drawing blood and giving shots/immunizations
- Performs both CLIA-waived and moderately complex lab tests.
- Administers medication and other doctor/provider-recommended treatment plans
- Advises patients and their parents on medication instructions and at-home care.
- Provide leadership and act as a resource for education demonstrating clinical knowledge to CMA/NA co-workers
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during stressful situations.
- Performs telephone triage with critical thinking skills and ability to concentrate in fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize patient care based on the severity of their condition, following established protocols and guidelines

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
