Important Details:
- *Hybrid/Remote subject to an onsite requirement in Dallas based on business needs such as consultations, client meetings, mediation and court requirements.
Must have requirements:
- 6 Years of RECENT Family Law Experience Required
- Self-motivated & Problem Solver
- Exceptional legal research, writing & communication skills
- Attorney licensed in Texas
- Drafting of family law pleadings (West Forms Online Version)
- Willing to push themselves & team to increase standards & results

Duties:
- All parts of a family law or divorce case from the business aspects to drafting and trials.
- Duties as assigned.
Benefit Details:

- 10% bonus - quarterly based on overall performance (outstanding outcomes/raving fan clients) and accounting for earned & collected billables.
- Receive 10% of the revenue from clients you independently bring in, excluding any third-party fees.
- Receive a small bonus for each consulting client you convert to a hire.

The founding attorney has practiced family law for 20 years and interned in a Harris County court for three years before being licensed. Both our founding attorney and one of our senior paralegals is Board Certified In Family Law.
