We are a residential treatment center that provides exceptional service and care, for teens specific to mental health and substance use. Along with their family, our priority is to support each teen towards wellness and facilitate in meeting the goal of having a sustainable and healthy future.
The Residential Youth Mentor is responsible for ensuring the personal safety and welfare of residents while being a role model and motivating teens in performing their daily living tasks. Mentors provide constant line of sight to our teens/clients because of their high acuity and ensuring their safety is the greatest necessity above all. Being a Mentor is also an opportunity to behaviorally model for clients how to work through a stressful situation or to encourage our clients to use the skills they learned with their therapist.
Currently, we are in need of Youth Mentors for evening shifts Monday to Thursday.
