Our employees wear many hats: salesperson, customer service representative, marketer, accounting clerk, cashier + more. As a Neighborhood Storage, Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting everyone at the facility with a smile and handshake.
- Helping customers determine the best size unit before each rental.
- Completing all paperwork correctly for each rental.
- Completing scheduled facility walk-throughs and door checks.
- Posting all payments made the day of receipt.
- Record keeping of all customer records; including but not limited to payments + notes.
- Helping to setup marketing events
- Maintaining merchandise for customer purchase.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in utilizing smart phone
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Physical Demands
- Employees must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Employees are required to sit for periods of time.

- Friday 10AM - 6PM
- Saturday 9AM - 2PM
- Sunday 10AM - 2PM
- Monday 10AM - 6PM
- Additional hours may be available
