We are currently looking for dynamic and customer service-driven individuals with a knack for sales to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our valued customers, actively promoting our products, and driving sales through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat with a high-energy and engaging approach.
- Actively engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vape products and accessories to enhance their experience.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders, recommend upsells, and complete transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and high-energy work environment to contribute to a vibrant team culture.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and drive sales.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-energy customer service or sales roles (previous vape industry experience not required).
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- High-energy and positive attitude to create an engaging customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of vape products and accessories is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
