Job Summary
As an Accounting/Finace Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives by providing valuable insights, conducting financial analysis, and driving strategic decision-making.
Essential Job Functions
· Revise and ensure accuracy of all month-end reports and are made available to management.
· Conduct thorough financial analysis, including but not limited to financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting, to support business decision-making processes.
· Assist with month end accounting duties.
· Create and enter journal entries.
· Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities.
· Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance and enhance operational efficiency.
· Support budgeting and planning processes by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.
· Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organization’s financial operations.
· Create SOPs as needed.
· Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
· Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior management as needed.
· Contract labor tracking.
Key Performance Indicators
· Timely and accurate month end financial close.
· Additional reporting availability to assist senior management with decision making.
· Improved documentation of company-wide processes.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
· 3 - 5+ years of accounting experience.
· Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
