We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and fast-learning associates to join our team. Passion, effort, and consistency are rewarded! Employees receive 6 month reviews with raises based on performance.
Many opportunities for advancement (and pay raises!) are available, including Shift Lead and Supervisor, for which we are hoping to expedite full training within a few weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Kitchen responsibilities: brewing teas, cooking boba, preparing food orders, washing dishes, cleaning countertops thoroughly, etc.
- Register responsibilities: check out guests in a friendly manner, memorize menu descriptions and recommendations, enter delivery orders, etc.
- Drink-making responsibilities: craft individually-customized drinks using exact recipes and natural ingredients, ensure the quality of all orders going out, etc.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift & move 30 lbs.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong desire to learn and improve
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
Employee Position has a Starting Pay of $10 ($10.75 upon completion of employee training) PLUS Tips (Average Per Hour Equivalent = $1.50/hr).
Advanced positions come with additional responsibilities and additional pay upon completion of special training.
There are also separate 3-Month and 6-Month raises based on performance.
Advancement Opportunities:
Shift Lead: opens and closes the store, ensures store operation runs smoothly, keeps employees on task, enforces exceptional customer service, etc.
Supervisor: keeps shift leads on task, implements ways to improve store operation, assists with stocking of some supplies, communicates immediate and semi-immediate supply needs to management, etc.
