Job Summary:
Wonderful opportunity to join our growing Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic medical practice. We are seeking an Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our esteemed, high-end practice. 1-2 years of experience is ideal, but we will train the right individual. Candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to the practice's culture.
Our ideal Aesthetic Medical Assistant will be a trustworthy representative of our practice. The applicant will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will be highly organized and detail oriented. They will be professional, empathetic and enthusiastic at all times and have a passion for Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic medicine.
The Aesthetic Medical Assistant will work alongside all providers, scribing, preparing consents, rendering pre and post treatment care, delivering patient education, cleaning and stocking the procedure rooms, utilizing EMR platforms, and contributing to the overall operational success. The Aesthetic Medical Assistant will be proficient in taking before and after pictures of patients, as well as contribute to the growth of the business' social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical tasks, assisting with medical examinations, and administering medications under supervision.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures.
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care delivery.
- Educate patients on product and procedure details.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification.
- Experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and/or Aesthetic medicine is required.
- A team player with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
- Meticulous and organized with a detail-oriented approach.
- Phlebotomy experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
