Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a friendly, energetic and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients and verify their information
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- File and maintain patient records in an organized manner
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a healthcare office setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
