Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled kitchen Manager/Cook to join our team and become a business partner. We offer stock options and business equity as part of this job.
The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and product standards
- Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service
-Become the "owner" of the kitchen and all it's duties.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a kitchen manager or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in supervising and training kitchen staff
- Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a plus but not necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
