Job description:
We are a Staffing Agency seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant for our client, an Entertainment Business Manager. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and have previous experience as an Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in a career in accounting / bookkeeping side of the entertainment business.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Phones
- Calendar Management
- Scanning documents and filing
- Booking / scheduling travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Assist with bookkeeping, client paperwork, reconciliations, and statement preparation
- Research
- Make calls on behalf of clients
- Personal Assistant duties, gift buying, make reservations and running errands
- Other duties and special projects as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Previous Executive Assistant experience required
- Entertainment Business Management, Bookkeeping, Real Estate, or Insurance background is A plus
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software and systems with ease
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to hold confidentially
- Polished, professional, and resourceful
- Must have stable work history
- Excellent references are required
Salary: Up to $90K DOE + benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
