? Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target. Ensure strategies address all aspects that may impact the sales cycle from lead generation through service support.
? Identify, create, and manage an expansive list of clinical partners, distributors, and potential clients for ABM products.
? Effectively hire, train, and oversee ABM sales, National accounts, International and Marketing staff, individual contractors, and distributor networks as appropriate. Ensure the entire team is fully trained and knowledgeable on all aspects of the sales cycle to both promote sales and close deals.
? Establish and manage a competitive compensation structure that includes base salary and commissions to motivate the team to reach revenue targets.
? Ensure staff is fully trained and knowledgeable on all aspects of the devices and products. Ensure that sales and marketing have a full understanding of the science that supports product outcomes.
? Meet minimum annual sales goals for the Vivace®, Vivace UltraTM (related devices), SoME®, and other devices or products that are added to ABM product line.
? Identify, and oversee all aspects of trade show exhibitions, dinners, events and recommend appropriate marketing related to these events that will advance sales.
? Identify potential new products for distribution and/or partnership to advance sales.
? Participate in all aspects of the ABM Executive Committee (EC) in order to fully execute tasks to achieve ABM’s mission, goals and objectives.
? Provide weekly EC report on domestic sales pipeline, National Accounts and Practice Development activities along with other status reports as requested.
? Monitor competitor and market activity and provide feedback and recommendations to the EC.
? Implement an effective strategy that increases lead generation.
? Implement effective marketing strategies that drive lead generation resulting in increased sales.
