As our client’s Assistant Controller/Controller, you will lead a dedicated team through a maternity leave cover, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance with SEC reporting standards. This role demands hands-on leadership, meticulous attention to detail in drafting memos and journals, and a strategic mindset in managing stock-based compensation.

- Proven experience in SEC reporting and stock-based compensation.

~ What You'll Do as an Assistant Controller / Controller ~
- Lead and support a team including SEC/payroll Director and technical accounting manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely SEC reporting and compliance.
- Draft memos and journals with precision and clarity.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making.
~ What You’ll Bring to the Assistant Controller / Controller ~
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- Experience in a similar role within a small company environment.
