Location: Orlando, FL (Fully In-Office)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $23- $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
Our client, a small but busy law firm in downtown Orlando, is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join their team. This entry-level position is fully in-office and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages
- Respond to emails
- Prepare complex correspondence, reports, charts, and forms
- Draft and file legal documents
- Interact with clients and homeowners
- Update client files
- Schedule hearings
- Handle payments and payment arrangements
- Prepare settlement agreements, payoffs, and disbursements
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Client billing
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounting experience in a professional services atmosphere
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Experience with Clio or comparable time and billing software is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a multi-faceted, fast-paced role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
