Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our North Dakota division. This role is pivotal in supporting the start-up operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Client and Visitor Management: Welcome clients, guests, and visitors to the organization with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Facility Management: Coordinate facility needs such as snow removal, office cleaning, security maintenance, and general building maintenance.
· Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors to order office supplies and equipment.
· Mail and Package Handling: Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail/packages, including handling mass mailings.
· Meeting and Travel Arrangements: Schedule meetings and webinars, arrange meal requests, prepare conference and training rooms, and organize lodging and travel needs for employees.
· Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of conferences, community, and company events.
· Errand Running: Perform office or project-related errands as needed.
· Brand Standards Upholding: Maintain project folder structure, naming conventions, and adhere to established processes.
· General Office Tasks: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the business or sales field is mandatory.
· Proven experience in office administration, particularly in start-up environments.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with office management software.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Must be very organized, possess strong initiative, be self-motivated, and have great attention to detail.
· Experience in coordinating facility management and vendor relations.

Pay: $19.70 - $27.73 per hour
