*Responsibilities*
* Manage and maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information, resolving any issues or concerns
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
* Utilize CRM and other systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
* Take payments over the phone
* Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products or services
* Assist with sales activities by providing product information and upselling opportunities
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
