We’re hiring a talented Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure that all products and services we provide are up to standard. Account Manager responsibilities include assisting our clients in the selection of suitable products, overseeing the management of contracted services, troubleshooting and identifying ways to meet specific needs. Since this position involves working with clients, you should have excellent communication skills. Quick decision-making and speed are essential due to the fast-paced nature of this role. We need someone who is willing to build long-term relationships and stay connected with clients in order to maintain business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities for the company with clients.
- Contribute to account strategy and execution.
- Deliver new business from existing accounts.
- Execute account plan to deliver results in line with plan on a monthly basis.
- Handle client queries and manage relationships;.
