We are looking for barista/store manager that:
- Has a sense of ownership and can act as a leader.
- Knows how to provide great customer service.
- Will lead a team and motivate employees.
- Can be responsible with day-to-day operations and store safety.
- Manage and shop for inventory
- Navigate within a fast-paced and fun work environment.
- Have excellent communications skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Have proper attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
