**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to work part time 5-6 hours a day. The hours would be 8am- until flexible options day dependant.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails
- Help with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties to support staff as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Skills:**
- Experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
