Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our homecare team. As a key member of our healthcare professionals, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children by providing top-notch occupational therapy services in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to determine their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide effective and evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address a variety of developmental challenges and conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents and caregivers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each child.
- Document and maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate and support parents and caregivers in implementing therapeutic activities and strategies within the home environment.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric occupational therapy through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and various pediatric conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
