The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and insights
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, analytics, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with customer service software and technologies (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data analysis
