Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and customer service, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures are followed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area's appearance and cleanliness
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting a must
- Proficiency in phone systems and reservation software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to perform night audit duties is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- HILTON PEP System Experience a PLUS
