**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work with individuals coping with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The MFT provides therapy services, with a focus on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs
- Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Develop individualized and follow-up treatment plans
- Actively participate in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients
- Level II Additional Duties: provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors
**Qualifications:**
- Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Driver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)
Additional Requirements Level II:
- Meet and maintain all applicable California requirements to be a supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
- Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Additional Qualifications:
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including to meet 24/7/265 healthcare facility needs

Pay Rates:
Full Time: $100,000- $110,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
4 Days/Week: $80,000 - $84,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
3 Days/Week: $48-$50/ hour (depending on experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
