Job Description
New Era Player Development is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ice hockey advisor/coach. Your role will be to work with our clients by helping implement the NEPD development plan and advocate on behalf of our clients to Junior and College programs in North America.
Essential Functions:
- Attend Games, Showcases and Camps to meet with Parents and Athlete
- Assist clients in navigating junior hockey opportunities
- Contact College Ice Hockey Coaches at the Usports, D3, and D1 levels to determine if there is a fit for your clients.
- Assist your clients and their families decide which scholarship offer is in the best interests of the client.
- Adhere to and Implement the NEPD Development Plan
Requirements:
- A dedicated work-ethic and a willingness to learn;
- Passion to work in hockey and in helping kids achieve their dreams.
- Previous hockey experience is an asset

Instead of creating and athlete profile and hoping coaches find you, we actively advocate on behalf of our clients to college coaches at all levels across North America and have a development plan that is unmatched in the industry.
Our mission is to have no athlete slip through the cracks. If they are D1 caliber, we are going to make sure they are playing D1.
HOURS
You should have 10-20 hours per week that you can commit to NEPD in 2024. We want individuals that have a desire to work their way to full-time advisors.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $112,500.00 per year
