Open enrollment is around d the corner! We are seeking experienced Agents in the marketplace for Medicare plans including Medicare Advantage, MediGap and Medicare Part D.
WHAT YOU GET:
- This role is full time, permanent, and FULLY REMOTE
- Schedules on both central and eastern time zones between 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday
a) EXCEPT during open enrollment (Oct 15th thru Dec 7th) EXPECT to work overtime
- Base pay starting at $19 an hour with competitive increases for experienced agents
a) BONUS is uncapped with average agents making 75K annually and top tier making upwards of 150k
- Training lasts about 6 weeks with 4 of those being “classroom”
- All equipment is provided
- Healthcare packages available after 30days of service
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Primarily handle inbound calls from consumers interested in saving on their Medicare expenses and optimizing their benefit coverage.
- Assess and identify insurance needs of company customers over the phone.
- Effectively educate and sell health insurance plans/products to customers while providing excellent service.
- Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process.
- Maintain call productivity and metrics per goals set.
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High Speed Internet and a quiet home office environment.
- Current health insurance license.
- Licensed in state of residence.
- Resides in an eligible state in one of the following time zones: EST, CST, or MST time zone.
- 1+ years of Medicare Sales experience (2+ preferred).
- Strong understanding of Medicare products.
- Must have worked a minimum of 1 annual enrollment period (AEP).

- Able to work full time and mandatory overtime during open enrollment.
