**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the central Florida market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the cabinetry industry. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of cabinet products and services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the central Florida market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other key stakeholders in the construction and renovation industry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our cabinet solutions and capabilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the cabinetry or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in 2020 CAD program or similar design software is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
