Under the direction and supervision of the Y Learning Program Director, the Y Learning Site Lead will be responsible for the supervision and management of the site and staff, as well as assisting the child’s social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive development. The Y Learning Site Assistant will be responsible with supporting all participants in their care as well as assisting the Site Lead.
These positions support the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
*Part time up to 28 hours per week
* Site Lead - Fixed Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-6:00pm + weekly staff meetings and lesson planning
* Site Assistant - Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am/3:00pm-6:00pm + weekly staff meetings and lesson planning
*Positions are able to start immediately within our camp programs - then transfer to school in late August
*Paid training will be required

Site management. Be visible!
Planning and preparing of learning station environments, set-up and clean-up and preparing needed material and supplies
Attend all paid staff meetings.
