Summary
Highly skilled, professional Executive/Marketing Assistant to provide support to Chairwomen/CEO. Manage meetings, travel arrangements, calendars, assist with projects, develop and execute digital marketing strategies and other initiatives on social media platforms to build brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Chairwomen/CEO.
- Gain an understanding of key business initiatives and anticipate the future needs.
- Manage conflicting priorities and be comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Independently resolve moderately complex problems and issues under general supervision using appropriate judgment, discretion, and knowledge
- Prepare agendas, presentations, handouts, and other written materials for distribution at meetings
- Manage meetings with internal and external customers (scheduling, meeting invites, prepare agendas and collect and distribute materials for meetings, writing meeting minutes, etc.)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, promotions and other initiatives on social media platforms to build brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain ongoing budget.
Education & Experience Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing preferred.
- Great communication skills (English and Mandarin).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Amazon ads.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
