As a Questline Reference Assistant at the Orange County Library System, you'll be the go-to person for customers seeking assistance electronically. From answering inquiries to helping with reservations, you'll ensure customers receive accurate and timely support. You'll also handle database inquiries and technical issues, all while upholding library policies and delivering outstanding service.
