Someone who is comfortable talking on the phone and assisting customers. Proficient with technology (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.). Being bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required.
Position Summary
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first person our clients speak to when they contact us. It is imperative you are able to represent us well and uphold our prestigious reputation.
This role will include answering calls and making calls to and from clients. At times scheduling appointments as well as maintaining an organized and structured office environment. You will work closely with the Office and Managers to manage the schedule for our team in the field.
All training will be provided. No experience required.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but is not limited to:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Perform outbound calls in order to screen clients and set appointments
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Schedule & confirm appointments
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assesses customer complaints & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain data integrity for client & staff files
- Monitor incoming emails/messages
- Lead management and generation
- Manage team calendars
- Go the extra mile to build sustainable relationships and customer trust while engaging and appeasing customers through open and interactive communication
- General support for other office duties as needed (warranty processing, financing, registrations).
- Assist Office and Operations Managers when needed

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
