**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist with project coordination in a professional office setting.
**Duties:**
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate projects by liaising with various departments and tracking progress
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual required (English & Chinese)
- Proven experience in administrative roles or customer service positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
