We are seeking a motivated Realtor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Assist in Lead Generation Activities including calling, mailing & marketing management.
- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences maintaining the information in client database & following up accordingly.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends
- Prepare real estate documents to be signed-off by the lead agent.
- Conduct property showings and open houses with the lead agent.
**Experience:**
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and paperwork efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks
- Ability to market properties effectively
