A very experienced restaurant group is opening TWO more concepts in Southern San Diego - Toasted (open all day) and Roppongi (Modern Asian Cuisine for dinner)! Our passionate Executive Chef is has crafted captivating menus full of mouth-watering food and sensational cocktails. Our menus consist of fun plays on time-honored favorites, as well as more modern and captivating fare.
Operations vary depending on the concept, but Toasted does focus on its exemplary brunch, while Roppongi offers a more formal dinner experience.
A perfect Manager candidate has years of experience operating a restaurant and is responsible for overseeing all aspects including hiring, coaching and firing staff; purchasing food and beverage, supplies and equipment; and dealing with suppliers and vendors, alongside other managers. A Manager also oversees maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen, and exterior grounds; scheduling of staff; budgeting/forecasting, payroll review and P&L statement review. The Manager will be on the premises most of the time, and is willing to work weekends, holidays, etc. The perfect candidate will interact with customers to build relationships and create regulars.
