Summary: Responsible for the provision of individual and group psychotherapy with wraparound community support. Manages a case load of CFT/IDD clients by providing case management functions and crisis intervention functions. Performs on call duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Conducts individual and group psychotherapy in a manner consistent with ethical practices and within the skill level of the practitioner.

Provides case management activities consistent with the role of primary therapist.

Provides crisis intervention, assessing clients and providing therapeutic interventions, making appropriate referral for service.

Performs documentation activities in a timely and accurate fashion adhering to State and Local Licensing laws well as policy requirements in regard to the format of documentation.

Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.

Maintains confidentiality of all consumer information and comply with HIPAA regulations

Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.

Education and/or Experience: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related Behavioral Health Discipline. Prior computer/PC experience using computerized Medical Records. Must pass Criminal Investigation and DHHR background checks as well as post offer drug screen.
