n our commercial property management team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
*Responsibilities:*
* File and archive invoices, receipts, and tenant documents.
* Prepare and mail invoices and tenant notices
* Answer phones and function as receptionist
* Enter corporate invoices into Quickbooks and Yardi Genesis2 / help with Accounts Payable
* Mail certified documents at post office
* Perform data entry and administrative duties
* Perform any office tasks necessary to ensure smooth operations
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - a *must* !
* Team-oriented
* Willing to perform whatever tasks are necessary in the office
* Able to take responsibility for tasks and ensure their completion
