Job Title: UI Developer
Job Summary:
The role of the UI Developer is to build interfaces, and ensure our website and applications are accessible for all. The ideal candidate will have experience creating designs to improve content and broaden user-directed features to enhance personalized experiences. You will collaborate with the design team to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience. Ideally this person would be available during business operation hours between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. This role reports to the UX/UI Director.
Duties:
- develop end-to-end core interaction and experiences
- assist and contribute to ux decisions across product based on research and data findings
- assist in creating various fidelity screens with an emphasis on detail in ui and visual
- assist in breaking down experiences thoughtfully and contributing to shared projects making appropriate tradeoffs between desired outcomes and project specific constraints
- assist in creating library assets while maintaining brand systems standards
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of equivalent of work experience
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
● Knowledge of commonly used languages and frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, SaaS and Bootstrap
● Have a current understanding of responsive design, mobile interfaces and content management systems
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail skills, meet deadlines and prioritize competing demands
● Strong problem-solving skills
Must provide work sample or portfolio for consideration.
(Note: All positions are paid, including internship roles.)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
