Bookkeeper
A reputable and established CPA firm that provides comprehensive financial services to businesses and individuals is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper with 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

About the Position:
As a bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients. Working closely with our team of certified public accountants, you will handle a variety of bookkeeping tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with clients’ QuickBooks accounts (both PC and Online versions)
- Daily functions of account reconciliations
- Recording payroll journal entries
- Identifying issues and discrepancies
- Reviewing the profit and loss and balance sheet statements for accuracy and completeness as well as communicating with the clients
- Required: Ability to travel locally (no out of town travel)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeper experience
- Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturdays during tax season
