Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage reservations and guest information
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite, Microsoft office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
