Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Medical Affairs associate to join the LunaJoy team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling LunaJoy's women's mental health services to individuals and healthcare professionals. You will play a pivotal role in spreading awareness, driving adoption, and positively impacting women's mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of LunaJoy's mental health services, including their benefits and relevance to women's mental well-being.
- Identify and target healthcare providers, clinics, and medical facilities interested in partnering with Lunajoy’s EMR integration services. Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into referrals.
- Collaborate with our technical and implementation teams to tailor our telehealth solutions to the specific needs of each provider and client, ensuring a seamless integration with their existing systems.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with referring providers/groups, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations that articulate the value of LunaJoy's services in addressing women's mental health challenges.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by formulating and executing effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed about women's mental health trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to adapt sales approaches as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with LunaJoy's support teams to ensure clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and compassionate approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for promoting women's mental health and emotional well-being.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with technology solutions sales
- Familiarity with mental health services is advantageous but not required.

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000/ year plus commission
