We're seeking a Front of House Supervisor that excels in multi-tasking and providing a great guest experience!
As a shift lead you will overseethe front of house and ensure that guest receive awesome service and great food. You will need to knows how to perform each task required of their crew. Responsible for cash management, organization, cleanliness and general problem-solving while on duty.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensuring that guest have a great experience
- Maintaining food and safety standards are being followed at all times
- Leading the team during your shift
- Additional duties as assigned
- Providing back up for FOH staff
- Coordinating Expo
- Cash Management
- Food safety
- Oversee proper portioning of cocktails
- Have knowledge of BOH procedures
- Be able to aid BOH in emergencies
