Job Description:
As an Office Administrator at NextDay Inspect, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to our home inspectors and ensure a smooth workflow that contributes to our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Manage and maintain office records, documents, and scheduling systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate home inspection appointments between clients and inspectors.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of inspection reports and related documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts, including social media, email campaigns, presentations at real estate offices, associations, and trade conventions.
- Provide administrative support to the inspection team, ensuring efficient communication and task coordination.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in the home inspection or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional and dependable work ethic.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
