Our client is seeking a temporary remote benefits analyst with workday expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and administer our employee benefits programs using the Workday platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of benefits administration processes.
Title: Benefits Analyst (temp)
Location: remote
Hours: 8 am-5 pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $35-$40 DOE
Benefits: Medical, Dental, vision through our LHH firm
Responsibilities:
Utilize Workday to administer employee benefits programs, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related transactions in Workday.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits enrollment, plan options, and eligibility requirements.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity within the Workday system.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of compliance risk.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to employee benefits and Workday functionality.
Requirements:
Min 5 years experience in Benefits
MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel)
Workday
Great communication and writing skills
Detailed oriented
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
