- Greet members with a welcoming smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately, confirming reservations and obtaining necessary information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with coaches & maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address any issues or complaints from guests, finding solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow hotel safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
