JOB DESCRIPTION
· Ability to be on call for emergencies or assistance
· Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees, and administering employee benefits
· Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time without direct supervision.
· Personal appearance, business image.
· Read the shift log daily and monitor
· Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the team and attend team meetings as needed.
· Utilize social media management tools for HR-related initiatives
· Visit new employees on a beginning stage basis on each site on different shifts to reach each of the new employees,
· Provide training to new hires and follow up on performance evaluation.
· knowledge of both Union and Non-Union employees.
· Re-evaluate the employee skills and performance if necessary.
· Make sure the employees are following the Handbook regulations and the regulations of the building.
· Every conversation with employees MUST be documented.
· Punctuality on fixing and reviewing clock in-out punches on daily bases.
· Any employee request for PTO available,
· All incident reports filled out upon occurring, will be reported to HR.
· All the warnings and terminations will be sent to HR, which should have three signatures; supervisor and HR, OR two supervisors and the employee. If the employee refuse to sign the warning, the warning still valid as long as it contains two signatures of the employer
· Develops and administers effective staffing, recruitment employee relations programs, job descriptions, and performance appraisal tools for all new and existing employees.
· Oversees the processing of all new employee applications, personnel attendance, personnel record tracking, and bi-weekly reporting of new hires and terminations.
· Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support BSM Facility Solutions Human Resources compliance and strategy needs.
· Provides guidance, coaching, and training to supervisors to ensure appropriate responses to employee relations and performance management concerns.

Pay: $1,300.00 - $3,000.00 per week
