Importance of this ministry function
The Client Care Team is vital to the success of Emerge, as it welcomes clients, new and existing, to our practice, assists with all their needs, and makes their experience with us as comfortable as possible. This Team provides valuable support to not just our clients, but the entire Emerge family.
Duties include

Greet clients when they arrive to check-in for appointments in a consistent friendly manner

Assist clients when checking out

Schedule clients based upon defined criteria

Collect copays and balances due
-
Answer telephones, emails and other communications professionally and compassionately

Maintain clinical schedules as needed

Monitor or proctor psychological testing
-
Assure the common areas are neat and presentable
-
Follow opening/closing procedures to ensure readiness for the day and safety at night

Perform clerical duties as necessary for your position or as assigned by management
